Admissions process
During your first appointment for in-person mental health services, you will need to provide photo identification and proof of insurance Additionally, you will be asked to fill out new patient paperwork, which includes information about yourself, a privacy policy, and a treatment agreement.
Meeting with your medical provider
Achieve Whole Recovery has a compassionate and highly-trained team of medical professionals, including doctors, physicians assistants, and nurse practitioners, who specialize in addiction medicine and psychiatry. These providers will identify what you hope to achieve from treatment, and design a treatment plan that directly addresses your needs.
Treatment
Our excellent medical provider will assess if medication is suitable for you. If it is, you and the provider will work together to create a treatment plan to address your specific needs. If the treatment is appropriate, you will receive a prescription for the necessary medication which you can fill at our Colorado Springs location or at a pharmacy of your choice.
